The Brown Beach House, Croatia has introduced a private beach club and 16 luxury suites. Designed by Amsterdam-based designer Saar Zafrir, the 41-room property’s new spaces combine a coastal beach aesthetic with classic luxury.
Housed within a restored 20th-century structure that once served as a tobacco storage facility, the 16 new rooms frame coastline views and overlook the private pool deck and beach along the Adriatic Sea. Suites are characterized by a calm, neutral palette conveyed with wooden tones, contemporary furniture, and vintage pieces surrounded by local flora.
The Beach House design injects modernism into the Brown Hotels’ signature retro vibes, drawing inspiration from classic Italian beach styles of the 1950s.
