The first completed mansion at the upcoming Bulgari Resort & Mansions Bodrum has been unveiled.
Now open for private visits, the six-bedroom home sets the tone for a collection of 101 Bulgari-branded mansions that will join the resort when it opens on Turkey’s Bodrum Peninsula.
Developed by AHEN, the project is a collaboration with ACPV Architects and landscape design firm Cracknell. The property spans more than 168 acres of terraced Mediterranean gardens that cascade toward the Aegean Sea.
Each residence is discreetly embedded into the hillside to preserve the natural contours and sea views.
Inside the Bulgari Mansion
The two-level mansion embodies both Mediterranean modernism and Bulgari’s signature Italian style. A scenographic staircase links a double-height living room—framed by floor-to-ceiling glass—with a grand dining area and open kitchen.
Additional amenities include a private gym, massage room, and an art collection that celebrates Turkish cultural heritage.
Works by Mübin Orhon, Ergin İnan, and Devrim Erbil complement 18th-century Anatolian kilims and vintage Iznik-style ceramics sourced from Florence’s historic Cantagalli Manufactory.
Indoor-outdoor living
Outdoors, a 52-foot infinity pool stretches out towards the sea, anchored by a secluded garden, beachfront deck, and a fireplace lounge. The landscaping—rooted in regenerative principles—draws from native ecosystems to support biodiversity, with excavated stone reintroduced into the terrain and water-wise pathways interwoven throughout.
Sustainability is foundational as well. Façades are wrapped in travertine and sandstone, while interiors feature locally sourced Denizli travertine and Perla Rocca quartzite. High-performance windows and smart insulation reduce environmental impact without compromising comfort.
Access to resort amenities
Spanning 9,150 to 30,138 square feet, each of the 101 Bulgari Mansions will offer sweeping views, private gardens, and elevated access to the future Bulgari Resort Bodrum.
Residents will also enjoy a variety of culinary experiences positioned along a private pier. This includes Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, Japanese concept Hōseki, a seafood-driven Mediterranean restaurant, beachfront dining at La Spiaggia, and the iconic Bulgari Bar.
A 23,680-square-foot spa will introduce cutting-edge modalities like hyperbaric therapy, dry flotation, and a Himalayan salt sauna.
Rounding out the offerings will be two exclusive beach clubs, a sea-view amphitheater for cultural programming, and tailored property management.
