Cachet Hotel Group (CHG) will soon debut its first resort development, Cachet Corazon in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
Owned and developed by Cabo Villas Beach Resort and Spa (CVBR), the property will be located along the Sea of Cortez on Medano Beach, which is within walking distance of Cabo San Lucas Marina, Puerto Paraiso Mall, as well as a variety of downtown venues and attractions.
The resort will be a Cachet Beach and Cachet Deluxe dual-branded hotel development, scheduled to open in late 2016 and early 2018, respectively. The 77-room Cachet Beach is set to open next fall and will be converted from an existing tower. The new-build 204-room Cachet Deluxe hotel will follow in January 2018 with guestrooms arranged in bungalow-style groupings of three units, ranging in size from 624 to 645 square feet. Each will include private terraces, with a selection of rooms also featuring outdoor Jacuzzis.
Designed by Rabago Architects & Consultants (RACO) in collaboration with Cachet Interior Design (CID), the design will boast ocean-inspired interiors that nod to Mexican mythology and folk art with bright colors and patterns.
Property-wide amenities will include several F&B outlets, function spaces, pool terraces, and a beach club.
