Caesars Entertainment Corporation has announced that it will launch its first non-gaming concept in the U.S., the Caesars Republic Scottsdale, which debut as part of the brand’s ongoing expansion.
Spread across 11 stories, the 266-room glass property is poised for development at the Scottsdale Fashion Square, the region’s luxury retail destination. Rich textures and strong architecture will characterize the interior, where soft curves juxtapose bold accents. In addition to the chic, formal lobby, the hotel will also house a 7,000-square-foot, column-free ballroom with 34-foot sliding glass doors that open to an event lawn. Five breakout rooms will host 40 guests each, while a second-floor executive boardroom will seat 16. A first-floor bar and a signature restaurant will be featured in addition to the rooftop pool and bar on the seventh floor.
Onsite accommodations will include one-, and two-bedroom suites, the bridal suite, and five luxury entertainment suites on the 11th floor.
