In partnership with the digital retail strategy consultancy the Javelin Group, Canopy by Hilton has announced the launch of the Canopy Dallas Uptown. Situated at the intersection of Cityplace West and Oak Grove, the 150-guestroom hotel will serve as the hospitality component of Cityplace, a mixed-use luxury retail and residential development. Guests will be able to take advantage of an onsite restaurant and a rooftop bar.
The uptown Dallas region features more than 100 restaurants, galleries, and boutiques, and offers complimentary trolley line access to the Arts District.
The new-build property, which will be financed by Texas Capital Bank, is slated for a fall 2017 opening.
