Set to arrive during the final quarter of 2018, the Capella Bangkok will debut along the revitalized Chao Phraya River waterfront promenade. The masterplanner is Kuala Lumpur-based architecture and design firm Hamiltons International with San Francisco-based practice BAMO overseeing interiors for the all-suite urban resort.
Located upon the eastern banks of the River of Kings, the hotel’s 101 suites and villas will all overlook the water. Amenities will include the signature Capella Library, a decadent dessert bar, all-day riverside eatery, and an opulent ballroom overlooking the river. Michelin-starred Argentinian chef Mauro Colagreco will lead the signature Thai concept as well. Locally based design studio PIA Interior will craft the Auriga Spa wellness retreat along with HBA.
