Las Vegas-based architecture firm Steelman Partners has been tapped to craft Sin City’s first ground-up resort development since 1980. The Circa Resort & Casino is slated to make its debut as part of the Fremont Street Experience in December 2020.
Embedded in the principles of vintage Vegas hospitality, the 1.3 million-square-foot property will embrace old-fashioned glamour in homage to the city’s vibrant history. Modern luxuries will also reflect the timeless spirit of the city. Punctuated with a backlit roofline, the Circa Resort & Casino will be home to 777 guestrooms and suites in addition to eclectic eateries, a rejuvenating spa, and a two-level casino. The resort’s multi-level, stadium-style sports book will be equipped with the biggest screen, while a multi-tiered pool amphitheater will offer a watch-party atmosphere.
