Collective Retreats has launched its latest outpost in the Texas Hill Country outside of Austin. The Collective Hill Country, a Retreat at Montesino Ranch has debuted as the brand’s first winter retreat, and will host visitors and programming throughout the year across 225 acres in the heart of the Wimberley Valley.
Designed by frequent Collective collaborator Cassie Novick, the immersive lodging concept boasts the most accommodations in the brand’s portfolio with 12 luxury canvas tents. Each tent is outfitted with a king bed, coffee bar, outdoor dining, and a private deck. Drawing inspiration from the local art scene in Austin, the property evokes ample color with hand-dyed textiles, rugs, and other furnishings. Onsite amenities include access to swimming holes, in-tent massage therapy, and versatile event spaces.
