Experiential travel brand Collective Retreats has announced the launch of its new luxury accommodation concept, the Outlook Shelter. Signaling the brand’s expansion beyond tented guestrooms, the 300-square-foot modular accommodation will elevate the signature Collective Retreats experience with indoor architecture complementary of the natural splendor of the outdoors.
The Outlook Shelter will debut this August on New York’s Governors Island as part of the Collective Governors Island inaugural season. The space will host two visitors and provide full climate control, luxury finishes, and a spa-style soaking tub. A Living Room will also be featured inside the Outlook Shelter, complete with a coffee table and couches, while two private decks will be endowed with Adirondack seating.
