The DoubleTree by Hilton Wrocław has opened inside Poland’s six-story OVO Wrocław complex. Designed by Paris- and Israel-based firm GSArch-Gottesman Szmelcman, the building was envisioned as a sculptural complement to the city’s form. The white exterior blends curved lines with an eye-catching minimalism that also characterizes the hotel’s interiors.
Soft finishes define the 189 guestrooms, their relaxing qualities enhanced with underfloor heating in bathrooms, ergonomic chairs, and headboards depicting elements of the city. The hotel also maintains a connection to the city through a standard town footpath finish and pervasive views thanks to windows and mirror reflections.
The property offers the OVO bar and restaurant, which hosts a live cooking station. Overlooking outdoor greenery, the dynamic dining space transform into a nightlife venue with a live DJ, and the restaurant features a courtyard open to the public with seating for up to 100 guests.
Among the hotel’s conference facilities are seven flexible function rooms and a 3,400-square-foot ballroom capable of breaking down into three spaces. A modern casino is slated for arrival before the end of the year.
DoubleTree by Hilton Wrocław is the brand’s third outpost in Poland.
