Dream Hotel Group has revealed plans for the Dream Atlanta, Buckhead, which is part of the company’s plan to triple its portfolio by 2022. Poised for arrival in 2021, the hotel will comprise a dual-tower development designed by locally based architecture firm Cooper Carry.
The hotel will house 200 guestrooms and suites as well as 90 private residences. Amenities will include a spa and wellness concept, five dining and nightlife outlets, a 17,000-square-foot rooftop pool bar and lounge, and 80,000 square feet of office and retail space.
The hospitality company currently operates 18 properties and oversees more than 20 additional locations under development across the globe.
