Dream Hotel Group has announced plans to launch its second Unscripted Hotels property in the U.S. Located in New York’s Catskill Mountains, the Unscripted Catskills will debut as part of the Shops at White Lake in Bethel, New York in early 2020.
New York-based architecture firm Rockwell Group will oversee the design of the Unscripted Catskills, which will reimagine the classic upstate New York farmstead experience. Home to 100 guestrooms and suites, the hotel will recall a modern rural retreat with textured layers and raw materials, including stone, timber, exposed brick, and blackened steel. A double-height fireplace will unite the lobby, while residential-style furnishings will promote comfort and engagement. In addition to a large outdoor pool house and fitness center, an expansive meeting and event space will round out the onsite amenities alongside the two F&B options: a 2,000-square-foot restaurant and 1,000-square-foot grab-and-go concept.

An additional 75,000 square feet of retail and professional space is scheduled to arrive at the Shops in late 2019 as well.
