Dream Hotel Group has announced plans to develop a luxury condo-hotel hybrid property in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Known as Emma & Elissa by Dream Hotel Group, the forthcoming project will be the group’s second outpost in the Yucatán Peninsula and its fifth hotel in Mexico upon opening in 2023.
Mexican architect Rodrigo de la Peña will oversee the design of the project, which will maximize a coastal footprint in the resort town of Quintana Roo. In addition to 220 guestrooms, the property will be outfitted with amenities including a rooftop infinity pool and pool deck as well as a bar and lounge overlooking the water. A second pool will also be featured on the ground floor alongside a cocktail bar, lounge, signature restaurant, and more.
