Dream Hotel Group has announced plans to launch its maiden Sin City property, the Dream Las Vegas. The luxury lifestyle hotel will be made up of 450 guestrooms and suites across a freestanding, 21-story structure on the Las Vegas Strip.
Designed by New York City–based architecture firm DLR Group, the hotel’s contemporary façade will comprise lustrous glass and metal, and feature double-height terraces and oversized windows. The 21-story structure will consist of seven dining and nightlife venues (including a rooftop pool deck, bar, and lounge), three restaurants, grab-and-go café, a full-service spa, fitness center, as well as two additional bar concepts on the gaming floor.
Construction is set to begin in early 2021 and the hotel is anticipated to open in 2023.
