Ennismore, in collaboration with luxury investment group Vivium, is bringing Luura—a new brand under the Morgans Originals umbrella—to Greece with two upcoming boutique hotels on the island of Paros.
The 39-room Luura Cliff will debut in April 2026 on the island’s western edge. Luura Sand, which will feature approximately 45 rooms, will follow in 2027 on the eastern coast.
Designed as modern sanctuaries, each property will blend the signature social energy of Morgans Originals with layered tranquility and Cycladic-inspired design.
A first look at Luura
Luura Cliff’s architecture, courtesy of Elastic Architects, draws from the purity of Cycladic forms arranged in a village-like constellation, while Berlin-based Lambs and Lions Studio brings an introspective sensibility to the interiors. Private guestrooms will open onto shared spaces meant to foster organic connection, all articulated through a tactile, serene material palette.
The F&B program—curated by Ennismore’s F&B platform in partnership with Rikas Hospitality Group, Paris Society, and PSC Hospitality—will include four restaurants and bars across both properties.
Additional amenities span a spa, chapel, fitness center, direct beach access, and event spaces.
The Paros openings mark the first of several planned Luura properties across the Mediterranean. The growing Morgans Originals portfolio is also set to debut outposts in Miami Beach and Neom’s Trojena region in Saudi Arabia.
