The Stella is set to make its debut in Bryan-College Station, Texas as the town’s first independent and upscale boutique hotel concept. The 176-key property features authentic Texan flair from Dallas-based architecture firm FAB Studio and interior design from local firm Design DMU.
The airy interior features clean lines and expansive framed views of the Texas landscape and a nearby five-acre lake. Accommodations include sophisticated and relaxed atmospheres complete with wraparound balconies.
The onsite eatery Campfire boasts an open kitchen, 10-seat chef’s table, and expansive patio with firepits and lakeside views, while the speakeasy-style bar Hershel’s is equipped with indoor-outdoor seating. Located adjacent to the hotel, the sleek café P.O.V. will also bear a modern aesthetic.
The Watershed serves as the property’s poolside bar, which overlooks an expansive outdoor pool and features private cabanas and lounge chairs. Additional amenities include 20,000 square feet of meeting and event space, such as the grand ballroom and outdoor lawn, the Back Yard.
