Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has debuted in Bali with the Fairmont Sanur Beach Bali—formerly the Regent Bali—a 120 all-suite-and-villa resort in the Sanur district on the southeastern part of the island.
The property’s F&B outlets include Layang Layang, which specializes in authentic Indonesian cuisine; Nyala Beach Club and Grill, which transforms from an informal dining location by day to a sophisticated venue by night focusing on Pan-Asian cuisine with a modern twist; and the lobby lounge, which features a Balinese-inspired design.
The addition of Fairmont Sanur Beach Bali to Fairmont’s portfolio comes ahead of the opening of Fairmont Jakarta in 2015, and a second Fairmont property planned for Bali in 2016. It joins the existing portfolio of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in Asia including Fairmont Singapore, Fairmont Makati, Fairmont Beijing, Fairmont Peace Hotel in Shanghai, Kunshan’s Fairmont Yangcheng Lake, and Fairmont Nanjing.
