Le Méridien Cyberport in Hong Kong will be the first hotel in the city to offer guests allergy-friendly Pure floor and guestrooms treated by Pure Global.
Pure floor and rooms at Le Méridien Cyberport are introduced to create an allergy-friendly and healthy alternative for guests in Hong Kong, which has experienced some of the highest pollutant counts over the year.

Pure floor and guestrooms are inspected, treated, and certified to meet the strict standards qualifying this as a Pure Allergy Friendly Room. A seven-step patented Pure room treatment process is implemented to remove allergens and irritants from all surfaces, fabrics, and air flow, resulting in a room that is up to 98 percent free of bacteria, viruses, and impurities including dust from the air.

Carpet and upholstery sanitation uses all natural plant based Pure Clean, and a one-time shock treatment of the entire room minimizes bacteria and mold. To help cleanse the air, there is complete sanitation and treatment of the air-handling unit and a tea tree oil cartridge is installed. Hypo-allergenic pillows and mattress encasements and an air purification system continue cleansing the rooms.
To maintain the Pure conditions in the guestrooms, an air purification system is installed in each room to create air quality that averages four times cleaner than the threshold necessary for asthma patients. Special microfiber, hypo-allergenic pillow cases and mattress covers are used to reduce allergies triggered by dust mites.
Le Méridien Cyberport offers Pure floor at Level 13, the highest floor of the hotel with 20 Pure rooms, including in the Bayside Premier suite, Deluxe suites, and Smart Pure rooms.
