Pendry Hotels has announced plans to roll out both the Pendry Natirar and the Pendry Residences Natirar in the rolling hills of Somerset County, New Jersey. Less than an hour outside of New York, the hotel and residences will be located within the transformed Tudor-style Natirar Mansion—a former home of the late King of Morocco. It is slated for completion in spring 2020.
The 33,000-square-foot estate will be restored and expanded to accommodate an adjoining 66-room hotel. The full-service Spa Pendry will also open onsite, complete with a fitness center, swimming pool, tennis courts, members club, and other outdoor amenities across 400 acres. In addition to 13,000 square feet of indoor meeting and event space, including a 5,000-square-foot ballroom, the hotel will feature signature F&B options such as the Rockwell Group-designed farm-to-table concept Ninety Acres.
