Phoenix’s former Lexington Hotel will be converted to FOUND:RE Phoenix, a new lifestyle hotel developed by Habitat Metro and BOND Partners and managed by Urban Quarters Hospitality.
The 104-room property, located downtown in the historic Roosevelt neighborhood, is located near the Phoenix Art Museum, Roosevelt Row arts district, and the Roosevelt Valley Metro light rail station.
The property will feature a modern aesthetic rooted in raw industrial design elements, such as concrete floors, exposed ceilings, and floating beds. A locally sourced, contemporary art collection will also be on display in an onsite gallery as well as an exterior display.
The FOUND:RE Phoenix is scheduled to open next spring.
