The Four Seasons Hotel São Paulo at Nações Unidas is set to open next month as the brand’s maiden outpost in Brazil. The design of the vibrant, modern urban concept is led by HKS Architects in collaboration with Aflalo e Gasperini Arquitetos. Principle interiors will also be crafted San Francisco-based design firm BAMO.
The modern property will showcase Brazilian materials and locally sourced finishes accented with a Paulistano flair. The inviting interiors will also be endowed with a curated selection of artwork from Burle Marx, Paulo Mendes da Rocha, and more. Conceived by EDG Design, the signature restaurant concept Neto will put a Brazilian spin on traditional Italian cuisine, while a lobby grab-and-go space will round out the F&B options.
All 15,160 square feet of flexible event space will also be crafted by EDG, including the versatile grand ballroom, seven meeting rooms, and two outdoor terraces. Other amenities will include landscaped grounds, an indoor-outdoor pool, and a spa and fitness center designed by BAMO.
