The Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences in Dubai is set to undergo a $1.4 billion expansion.
“This next phase of Atlantis, including the luxury residences of the Royal Atlantis, will continue to drive the growth of Dubai forward,” says H.E. Mohammed Ibrahim Al Shaibani, executive director and CEO of Investment Corporation of Dubai and chairman of Kerzner International, the property’s owner and operator.
New York-based Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF) and London-based GA Design will design the 800 new guestrooms and suites. 250 new luxury residences, to be completed by French designer Sybille de Margerie Design, will redefine the leisure residential experience in Dubai.
Additional amenities include private gardens, private infinity pools, and several new restaurants. The destination will also house a spa as well as curated luxury retail boutiques.
