UK-based Generator Hostels is expanding into the U.S. with the development of a Miami Beach property. The hostel will occupy the building that was previously the Rendale Hotel on Collins Avenue following its retention of real estate development group AF Canta.
The forthcoming hostel will be marketed toward a younger demographic in order to maximize its location in the vibrant neighborhood. The Miami Beach location is slated for a 2017 debut, while the European brand is also considering additional U.S. sites.
