AJ Capital Partners has announced plans to plant a flag in Arizona with the development of the Graduate Tucson. Located near the University of Arizona, the 14-story property will debut as part of a mixed-use project that will accommodate retail, residences, and a public plaza. It is slated for completion in fall 2020.
Situated in the heart of Main Gate Square, the 164-room hotel will welcome visitors with an expansive lobby conceived as a social hub for locals and travelers. In addition to an outpost of Graduate’s signature Poindexter Coffee, the Graduate Tucson will also be home to 4,840 square feet of meeting and event space as well as a rooftop bar and pool that will overlook the sweeping mountains.
