AJ Capital Partners has confirmed plans to develop the latest addition to the Graduate Hotels collection at Vanderbilt University. The Graduate Nashville will span 12 stories and 203 keys in the city’s West End neighborhood. Construction is slated to begin on the hotel next month and wrap by fall 2019.
The new-build will be designed by Chicago-based firm Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture, while AJ Capital CEO and founder Ben Weprin and CCO Andrew Alford will spearhead the interior design, looking to the vibrant spirit of the city and its rich history for inspiration. Amenities will include a lobby coffee shop, a rooftop bar, and 8,700 square feet of meeting and event space.
