Hampshire Hotels Management has signed a management contract for the Heritage House Resort in Mendocino, California. The property has more than 136 years of history and five years as a resort, and recently reopened following a multimillion-dollar renovation in 2014.

The hotel, which was featured in the 1978 movie Same Time, Next Year starring Alan Alda and Ellen Burstyn, now has fully renovated accommodations with contemporary Pacific décor and features the recently opened 5200 Restaurant & Lounge. Future additions to the property-wide revitalization include a full-service spa and fitness center.
