JW Marriott is set to unveil its first outpost in Dallas in February 2022. Rising 15 stories above the city’s Art District, the architectural development property will be handled by HKS, while locally based practice Looney & Associates will oversee the interiors.
The interior design of the forthcoming JW Marriott Dallas will feature warm touches that aim to infuse the influence of nature throughout the space, while expansive city views will function as a backdrop in numerous settings. In addition to 283 keys, the hotel will feature many amenities including a spacious ballroom, meeting spaces, spa, fitness center, as well as a rooftop pool deck and bar. In addition, a luxury F&B space will be housed on the 11th floor along with the sky lobby, which will be attached to a large indoor-outdoor seating area.
