The forthcoming Hotel Chloe in New Orleans has announced that an all-day concept known as the Parlor will join its F&B lineup upon opening this spring.
Crafted by locally based designer Sara Ruffin Costello, the new venue is conceived as both an intimate and convivial space that reflects the spirit of the city.
Housed within the main dining area of a historic, Queen Anne-style mansion, the Parlor will accommodate 120 seats across a space that runs parallel to the hotel’s pool and gardens. Cultural, artistic, and historical touchpoints of the surrounding neighborhood will richly inform both the design and its cuisine, and the interiors will be punctuated with antique furnishings offset with contemporary elements.
