The independently owned and operated Hotel VIA will open its doors this spring in San Francisco’s South Beach neighborhood across from AT&T Park. The 12-story property will feature architecture from locally based Stanton Architecture and interiors by San Francisco’s C Walters Design and Jean-Pierre Berthy.
The hotel will comprise 148 guestrooms and 11 suites, some of which will boast panoramic views of the Bay Bridge and East Bay Hills. Interiors will complement the hotel’s picturesque waterfront neighborhood and will be outfitted with custom, modern furniture. Guestrooms will be characterized by a minimalist loft concept that varies from room to room.
Hotel VIA will be crowned with a 3,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor rooftop lounge from C Walters Design that will feature private draped cabanas, contemporary furniture, windproof glass, communal tables, and open-air firepits. Additional amenities will include a breakfast café, versatile meeting space, lavish event spaces, a communal workspace, fitness center, and technology hub. An elegant lobby bar will also debut.
