Hyatt House will make its debut in New York this fall with Manhattan’s Hyatt House New York/Chelsea. Located in the heart of the city’s Flower District, the extended stay property spans 30 stories in a building crafted by New York-based firm Nobutaka Ashihara Architect.
The structure showcases a strong vertical expression, clean lines, and a glossy façade. The lobby will welcome guests with upscale chocolate and espresso shop 2Beans in addition to the 24-hour grab-and-go concept H MARKET, while H BAR will be housed on the second floor, doubling as a breakfast option and an intimate evening venue. One of the project’s defining elements will be the indoor rooftop fitness center and outdoor recreational space on the 30th floor, reveling in striking skyline and river views.
Featuring a palette of soft gray and ivory hues and floral artwork, each of the 150 sun-drenched guestrooms will average 340 square feet and include expansive bathrooms, designated workspace, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Clad with stainless steel appliances, kitchenettes will be offered in 74 of the rooms.
