Hyatt Hotels Corporation has opened Hyatt Place Ciudad del Carmen in Campeche, Mexico. The location is the third Hyatt Place hotel to open in the country.

Hyatt Place is currently represented in San Jose, Costa Rica; Santiago, Chile; La Paz, Mexico; Panama City; and Bayamón and Manatí, Puerto Rico. Previously announced Hyatt Place hotels are under development in El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Colombia, and Brazil.
