Spanish hotel brand IBEROSTAR will debut in the U.S. with the launch of a 205-room property in New York next week. Located in the heart of Manhattan at 70 Park Avenue, the 4-Star boutique hotel will be housed within a striking stone and red brick building first constructed in 1928. Following modern renovations, the ground floor features the lobby as well as an array of dining options and a baroque-style lounge.
Arriving in Miami this December, the IBEROSTAR Berkeley will offer 96 boutique guestrooms in a renovated 1940s Art Deco-style property on South Beach.
