InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has signed a management agreement with Kebsup Group Company to debut the Hotel Indigo brand in Phuket.
To open in 2018, the 180-key Hotel Indigo Phuket Patong will be located on the northern side of Patong—a beach town with numerous restaurants, retail, and nightlife venues.
Like all of the brand’s properties, the hotel’s interiors will nod to its location. While décor and artwork will channel Thailand’s culture and heritage, onsite F&B outlets will offer locally inspired menus.
“Hotel Indigo Phuket Patong will cater to travelers who appreciate the unique tastes and cultures that make up the vibrant Patong neighborhood, and we look forward to providing them with great guest experiences through the hotel’s locally inspired architecture and cuisine when it opens in 2018,” says Kebsup Group director Chalermluck Kebsup.
