Experiential lodging concept Natural Selection has added the Jackal & Hide to its lineup of camps in the greater Okavango Delta in Botswana. Formerly the Pangolin Khwai Camp, the new camp embraces its natural 494,210-acre backdrop in the Khwai Private Reserve.
The eight intimate Meru-style tents feature king beds that covert into twin beds, writing desks, en-suite bathrooms, and private verandas that overlook the grasslands. A sunken lounge anchors the heart of the camp along with a firepit at the threshold of a popular grazing destination for zebras and elephants. Subtle black and white artwork juxtapose the traditional thatch in the bar, lounge, and dining areas. In addition, a swimming pool is set to open onsite beginning in early 2019.
