The development partners of Wynn Al Marjan Island—Wynn Resorts and Marjan—have unveiled plans for their second joint venture on Ras Al Khaimah’s Al Marjan Island: Janu Al Marjan Island, a new resort from Aman Group that is set to open in late 2028.
Situated across from Wynn Al Marjan Island, the forthcoming property will introduce Aman sister brand Janu to the UAE. Janu centers its design philosophy around soulful connection, social wellness, and playful expression. The architecture and interiors will reflect that ethos through serene, modern forms, generous communal spaces, and integrated wellness and lifestyle programming.
The property will house 132 guestrooms, all positioned to capture uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf. A signature Janu Wellness center will anchor the hotel, complete with a yoga studio, gym, hammam, and banya.
A mixology bar, two distinct restaurants, a vibrant nightlife venue, and a kids’ club will be part of the guest experience. Janu’s private beach will also provide residents and guests access to the water alongside a beach club and pool.
Adjacent to the hotel, a residential tower will offer a limited number of Janu Residences. The units will span one- to five-bedroom layouts as well as a collection of standalone villas.
