The Ascott Limited, the wholly owned lodging company within CapitaLand, has unveiled the La Clef Champs-Élysées Paris in the 8th arrondissement. The hotel is the third property that Ascott has added to its Crest Collection of prestigious luxury hotels. Ascott currently oversees a hospitality portfolio of 48 European properties and more than 5,900 guestrooms.
Originally a private resident along Rue de Bassano, the hotel is crafted by French architect and designer Jean-Philippe Nuel. The design highlights the architectural history of the building with modern touches. All 70 guestrooms, suites, and duplex apartments are crafted with a stylish blend of Haussmann-era moldings alongside contemporary details like washers and dryers and fully equipped kitchens. Maxing out at more than 600 square feet, accommodations also feature balconies, fireplaces, herringbone parquet floors, and bookcases. A fragrance lounge is housed within the lobby as well.
