The Jumeirah Al Naseem will debut in Dubai on December 1st as the contemporary architectural complement to its sister properties within the Madinat Jumeirah Resort, the Arabian Resort of Dubai. The opening of the Jumeirah Al Naseem—Arabic for sea breeze—marks the completion of the 1.2-mile coastline resort.
The 430-room hotel features a design evoking tranquility through elements inspired by the sea, sand dunes, Bedouin traditions, and Dubai’s pearl-diving legacy thanks to South African based architecture firm Northpoint and interior design firm DSGN. Guestrooms include open bathrooms with large sliding doors and showers inspired by Arabic hammams, while balconies and extended terraces offer expansive property and ocean views.
The lobby’s light-filled Al Mandhar Lounge greets guests upon arrival, offering a vista of Burj Al Arab Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf. Rooftop bar Ambar features an open-air design and undisturbed views of the sea, while nearby beachside eatery Rockfish is crafted by Bangkok-based designer Bill Bensley.
The hotel also includes a nearly 500-foot-long outdoor lagoon, which is home to critically endangered sea turtles undergoing rehabilitation, who occupy custom houses offering refuge before their return to the wild. Four additional third-party eateries also surround the lagoon: burger and shake concept Black Tap; Il Borro Tuscan Bistro Dubai; Flamingos by Tasha’s; and the Philippe Starck-designed Katsuya. Additional F&B options include the Palmery buffet, island bar Sugarmash, Kalsa, and Summersalt beach club.
