The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore is set to open in the downtown Civic District of the city-state this September. Managed by Perennial Real Estate Holdings Limited, the hotel will debut as part of the mixed-use Capitol Singapore complex, which is spread across three historic structures and home to retail, dining, residences, and the Capitol Theater.
Located within the restored Capitol Building and the Stamford House, the Art Deco-style hotel will be home to 157 guestrooms and suites as well as a high-caliber restaurant concept. The hotel will provide access to the development’s Galleria, a sheltered promenade that is part of Capitol Piazza, which is outfitted with several F&B options.
