Hilton Worldwide has expanded Curio – A Collection by Hilton with the recent addition of the Campbell House Lexington, a hotel in Kentucky.
Owned and developed by Rockbridge, the Campbell House Lexington, Curio Collection by Hilton is managed by HP Hotel Management.
The hotel is located near the city’s downtown area by Keeneland Racecourse—a horse racing facility—the University of Kentucky, and several entertainment venues. It originally debuted in 1951 as Campbell House Motor Inn and has since added guestrooms; a pool; and F&B outlets such as the Barrel Room lounge, which opened in 1979. Its exterior boasts traditional Colonial-style architecture.
The 250-room property, including 15 suites, most recently completed a $10 million guestroom renovation, which updated accommodations with Southern-style design and equestrian-inspired décor.
Amenities include a heated indoor pool, business and fitness centers, Kilbern’s restaurant, Bogart’s Bar & Grill, and more than 18,000 square feet of meeting space that includes a 500-person ballroom and 12 smaller function rooms.
