San Diego’s Kona Kai Resort & Marina has opened the 7,200-square-foot SpaTerre, Noble House Hotels & Resorts’ spa brand.

SpaTerre features six treatment rooms, two manicure stations, and three pedicure thrones, in addition to a couples suite, a relaxation room, Vichy wet room, and a fitness center.
