The Lake House on Canandaigua will debut in New York’s Finger Lakes region next month, as the latest entry in the Preferred Hotels & Resorts portfolio. Designed by Brooklyn, New York-based firm Studio Tack in collaboration with the Brooklyn Home Company, the new property accommodates 125 guestrooms and suites.
Housed inside a structure crafted by architecture firm SWBR, the Lake House features nearly 110,000 square feet of event and meeting space in addition to a spa, wellness center, and boardwalk for watersports. Onsite F&B options include Sand Bar, which opened earlier this month, Rose Tavern, and the New York Kitchen.
