The Lotte Hotel Seattle is set to open this September in the heart of the city’s downtown business district. The forthcoming property is the third U.S. entry in the South Korean hotel chain’s portfolio.
Home to 189 guestrooms, including 33 suites, the hotel will occupy 16 floors of the Sanctuary, the oldest Beaux-style architectural building in the country, and weave the site’s storied history into the new property’s modern narrative. Each accommodation will frame the Seattle skyline through floor-to-ceiling windows, while a midcentury-style design will define the chambers. Drawing inspiration from the city’s natural landscape as well as its creative and contemporary flair, guestroom interiors will be conceived to emit vibrancy and comfort.
