The Lotte Hotel Seattle is now open in the heart of the city’s downtown business district. The new property is the third U.S. entry in the South Korean hotel brand’s portfolio.
Home to 189 guestrooms, including 33 suites, the hotel occupies 16 floors of the 660-foot-tall F5 Tower skyscraper and is connected to the Sanctuary—the oldest Beaux-style building in the country and the city’s oldest church. This intersection created an old-meets-new narrative, which is woven through the entire property, along with a midcentury modern design.
Each accommodation—ranging from 446 to over 2,000 square feet—frames the Seattle skyline through floor-to-ceiling windows. Drawing inspiration from the city’s natural landscape and its creative and contemporary flair, each guestroom is conceived to emit vibrancy and comfort.
Lotte Hotel Seattle’s signature F&B concept, Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge crowns the hotel and offers modern American cuisine with fresh local ingredients.
