Los Angeles-based investment firm Lowe Enterprises Investors (LEI) has acquired three Hilton Garden Inn properties in Atlanta on behalf of an investment client. The combined 370-room portfolio consists of the Atlanta NW Wildwood, the Atlanta Northpoint, and the Atlanta North Johns Creek locations. LEI plans to expand on the lobby renovations recently completed at each of the hotels by upgrading guestrooms as well as modernizing bathrooms, furnishings, and décor.
Built in 2005, the 123-guestroom Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta NW Wildwood houses 3,300 square feet of meeting space, as well as a pool, a stylish lounge, and fitness and business centers. The 125-guestroom Atlanta Northpoint location underwent a massive renovation in 2012, with all of the hotel’s guestrooms and suites now featuring more modern décor, a casual bar, round-the-clock convenience store, fitness and business centers, an outdoor pool, and two meeting rooms. With near-identical amenities to the Northpoint location, the 122-guestroom Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta North Johns Creek also boasts a full-service onsite restaurant, a lobby bar, and a 24/7 pantry.
