Margaritaville Holdings has revealed plans to introduce the brand to Nassau, the Bahamas with Margaritaville at the Pointe. The $250 million development will span six acres upon completion in mid-2019. A design team has not yet been confirmed.
In addition to 150 Margaritaville Beach Resort guestrooms and 150 residences, the property will be home to a series of amenities, including an open-air shopping concourse, a movie theater, bowling alley, outdoor performance stage, pool, kid’s club, and more. The private beach will be appointed with cabanas and chaise lounges, while the water park LandShark will be outfitted with an array of activities and attractions from a cave aquarium to an infinity pool and lazy river. A 45-slip marina will be attached to a boardwalk lined with tiki hut-style retail that links with a pier restaurant and yacht club facility.
Of the 150 residences, 100 will be branded as One Particular Harbour at the Pointe, and boast unobstructed ocean views, private glass balconies, and innovative appliances.
