The Margaritaville Island Hotel in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee has opened phase one of the hotel with 55 guestrooms and suites. The grand opening of the 132-room property and event space will be in January 2015.
Inspired by the lyrics and lifestyle of singer, songwriter, and author Jimmy Buffett, Margaritaville Island Hotel boasts a contemporary, mountain-luxe style complete with stacked stone fireplaces, and driftwood-finished furnishings. The baths are designed with walk-in rain showers, granite-topped rustic wood vanities, vessel sinks and wood grain-effect tile and every guestroom comes complete with a wet bar and microwave.
Onsite dining at Margaritaville Island Hotel includes the Changes In Latitude Lobby Bar for cocktails and lite bites, the Chill Bar at the Rooftop Pool, and the Margaritaville Coffee Shop. The Compass Rose banquet room will soon offer meeting and event space for up to 200 including a riverfront terrace. Adjacent to the hotel, Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville serves coastal-inspired comfort food and handcrafted beverages.
