Meliá Hotels International has unveiled plans to construct the MAJ Collections Hotel & Residences in Bandung, Indonesia.
Developed by the MAJ—the property arm of Ancora Group—the location will be the 13th hotel under the Innside by Meliá brand.
Located in Bandung’s Dago area, the 21-story property will span two towers joined by a roof terrace with an infinity pool. While one will house its hotel component—slated to contain 233 rooms, children’s play areas, a gym, pool, restaurant, and landscaped gardens—the other will house residential apartments.
An annex building will offer parking, a ballroom, meeting rooms, and a heliport.
The MAJ Collections Hotel & Residences is scheduled for completion in 2017.
