Motto by Hilton, the newest lifestyle brand from Hilton, has announced the signing of its first hotel property in the U.S. The brand will oversee the development of a property within the $80 million mixed-use complex Waldo in the Old Fourth Ward section of Atlanta. The 125-room hotel is slated to open in early 2021.
The Motto by Hilton Atlanta Old Fourth Ward will feature the Motto brand’s signature micro accommodations as well as activated social spaces. Motto Commons will serve as a local hub for the community, complete with a flexible design to accommodate an array of needs.
Guestrooms will average 163 square feet with element ranging from wall beds to lofted beds to distinguish each configuration.
In addition to the Motto hotel, Waldo will be home to 120,000 square feet of commercial space as well as 13,000 square feet of F&B venues.
