Following the launch of two Miami properties this winter, Namron Hospitality has expanded its U.S. portfolio with the reintroduction of the William in New York.
Located steps from the vibrant energy of Bryant Park and Grand Central Station, the Midtown Manhattan boutique hotel occupies a renovated six-story building comprised of two interconnected Beaux Arts brownstones. The property, which served as a private social club for Williams College graduates in the 1920s, now offers a refined hospitality experience infused with the city’s rich cultural tapestry.
The William as a canvas

The William emerges as a creative collaboration between In Situ Design, Lilian B. Interiors, and artist William Engel. Functioning as a livable art gallery, the property transforms its historic shell into a striking canvas.
Accommodations span efficient studios with fully equipped kitchenettes to the expansive penthouse suite, which boasts a private terrace and sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline.
Each of the 33 suites operates as a living work of art, distinguished by vibrant colors and bold monochromatic palettes. Modern furnishings and curated décor blend art, architecture, and interior design to create an immersive luxury experience.
Raines Law Room

Beyond the guestrooms, the property features social spaces designed to foster community and connection.
Anchoring the ground floor is Raines Law Room, an atmospheric and intimate respite where guests can enjoy craft cocktails and curated bites.
