Private workspace and creative hub NeueHouse is set to unveil a new location inside the landmark Bradbury Building in Downtown Los Angeles. Poised to open in November 2019, the property will become the brand’s second West Coast location alongside its Hollywood flagship.
The design of the forthcoming location will be led by Toronto-based practice DesignAgency, which will accentuate the original architectural details of the late-19th-century structure. NeueHouse will occupy the second floor of the historic five-story structure, spread across 25,000 square feet. In addition to collaborative spaces, the venue will feature amenities such as a gallery, private offices, conference rooms, a meditation-nap room, and a lobby café.
“Inhabiting signature buildings, we create interiors that offer a sense of history, an air of residential modernity, and aura of timelessness,” says Anwar Mekhayech, founding partner at DesignAgency. “At the same time, we are driven by the challenge of anticipating the every need of the contemporary creative professional.”
